Launch a career in technology with CodeFactory in cooperation with the Amazon Web Services re/Start program.

This program, launched by CodeFactory in cooperation with Amazon Web Services, is a full-time skills development program to jump-start your career working in cloud computing. A technology background is not required to apply and the program is focused on unemployed and underemployed individuals.


AWS re/Start and CodeFactory Vienna have teamed up to offer this online [or in-person] program in Vienna. Through scenario-based learning, hands-on labs, and coursework, learners gain the skills they need for an entry-level cloud role. In the program, you’ll also focus on professional skills such as adaptive communication, time management, resume building, and interviewing to prepare for employer meeting and interviews. You will learn cloud computing skills and prepare for AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification with free access to practice and full exams.

After you graduate, CodeFactory Vienna will connect you with employers and help you move into your new working life.

    • AWS re/start: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • CodeFactory programming course: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. plus tasks with free time allocation
  • Course fee: Funding through AMS, WAFF or similar necessary! – With funding the course will be tuition free!

Requirements:

Course funding through AMS, WAFF or similar. (This course aims to especially support career changers and people lacking opportunities to launch their career in IT.)

No previous tech knowledge needed!
Motivation!

Good basic understanding of English! The lessons are held in English.

Your own laptop, ideally with an SSD hard drive and at least 4 GB RAM, is recommended. However, we can also provide a rental laptop if required.
